Choosing the right Tenant is important:

While we are looking for the right tenant for you, of course, we do not choose for the sake of anyone, we will get to know the people in front of us closely; We will ask for a guarantor, get a criminal record, wait for a document from the institution where he works or study, and look at the Findeks Report (financial status report). We will choose a tenant that will match your chemistry and not let you and us down.

It is not enough to choose; continue to follow, moreover, we also take the risk of collection:

We will start to follow up the regular payments (rent, dues, bills) that your tenant has to make every month. If it does not pay, as Experium, we will undertake to pay up to the amount of '1 Rent + 1 Fee' if it is 'Gold', and '12 Rent + 12 Fee' if it is 'Platinum', depending on the type of Property Management Agreement you have signed with us.

Our Property Management Services:

Our 'Premium' Customers will be able to purchase all of our services within the scope of 'property management' with the principle of 'Pay As You Go', against a fee, if they wish

These services are:

• Support for rent, dues payment tracking and collection
• Paint, cleaning, locksmith, maintenance, repair, etc. accompanying in-apartment services
• Deposit payment control and management

• OUR PREMIUM CUSTOMER:

  The tenant receives the selection service free of charge, if he receives property management service, he pays as much as the service he receives, he does not receive any commitment from Experium regarding the payments of his tenant.

• OUR GOLD CUSTOMER:

  Gold signs the Property Management Agreement. The tenant receives free selection and property management services. Experium undertakes the risk up to the amount of '1 Month Rent + 1 Month Fee' related to the payments of the lessee. It pays 10% of the 1-year rental amount + VAT against an invoice. The invoice amount is deducted from the tax base.

• OUR PLATINUM CUSTOMER:

  Platinum signs the Property Management Agreement. The tenant receives free selection and property management services. Experium undertakes the risk up to the amount of '12 Months Rent + 12 Months Fee' related to the payments of the lessee. It pays 20% of the 1-year rental amount + VAT against an invoice. The invoice amount is deducted from the tax base.
